On the 19th of May in 1991, Jamahal Hill was brought home to meet his parents. His full name is Jamahal Alexander Hill, although he goes by Jamahal. Hill is a native of the United States, having been born in Chicago, Illinois. He is a member of more than one racial group.

Jamahal Hill debuted with a convincing victory against Alexander Poppeck in the 21st round of Dana White’s Contender Series. He won via technical knockout to win a contract with the UFC.

On January 25, 2020, Hill debuted in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) against Darko Stosic at UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. dos Santos. Hill was awarded victory in the bout by way of a unanimous decision.

His second fight inside the Octagon was against Klidson Abreu, and it took place on May 30, 2020, at UFC on ESPN: Woodley vs. Burns. After he tested positive for marijuana, the knockout victory that Hill had earned earlier in the evening was annulled.
